As I’m reflecting on my year, it was truly full of really high highs (buying a beach house rental property, and becoming CEO), and painfully low-lows (losing family members and struggling with mental health).

The thing is, when you shift your mindset to the opportunities and abundance presented in every situation, rather than the challenges and scarcity, it makes it easier mentally to create solutions and support your team – at least that’s what I’ve found.

This week I focused on creating opportunities for the New Year, and thinking outside of the box. I went into the week feeling really positive and confident and I’m ending the week feeling the same way.
